Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I have the same suit I saw on your website?
    • Sorry but the answer is no. Each suit is made and created just for you so I'm no reproducing a design. You can however have something made in the same style. This also means that Tremblay Designs will not reproduce a suit from another designer.
    • Note: The only designs that will be reproduced are the Basic Designs.
  • When should I order my suit ?
    • All suits are hand crafted so a minimum of 12 weeks notice (or more) is required to ensure the delivery of your suit in time. Rush orders will be considered depending on current workload and additional charges may apply.
  • I don't know what will be my contest measurement. Can I order now?
    • Yes, It doesn't mater as I will not start working on your suit right away. I will contact you closer to your show for an update on your measurements an new updated pictures.
  • It is my first show and I don't know which style and color I should choose. Can you help me?
    • It will be a pleasure for me to help you. Send me pictures in a two piece suit posing front, side and back pose and I will give you my ideas. I will also need to know with which organization you plan to compete and the category.
  • When are you going to start working on my suit?
    • The making of your suit will begin 4 to 5 weeks before your show date and I will be contacting you before I start working on your suit for updated measurements and pictures. Final payment is required when work begins on the suit and must be received before shipping.
  • In which currency will I have to pay?
    • I only accept Canadian currency.
  • What is the 50% deposit for?
    • Deposit is to secure a date on my schedule for the making of your suit. The deposit is to guaranties that no one else will get that spot and that you will get your suit on time. When will I have to pay the deposit? Upon receiving your order, I will send you an invoice and money request from PayPal to cover the 50% deposit. The deposit is payable through PayPal only and must be received within 5 days. Your order will be secured only when deposit is paid and work will not begin without it.
  • When will I have to pay the remaining balance?
    • The balance is payable only when it will be time to start working on your suit (about 4 weeks before your show date). I will contact you to let you know.
  • I can't compete at the date I was supposed too and I want to postpone the making of my suit. Is it possible?
    • If you need to change your show date and postpone the making of your suit to a later show during the year you must contact me to let me know at least 8 weeks before the date we had already set and you will get no charge to make the change. That time frame will give me enough time to book an other suit to be made on that date. If you decide to change date after that point you will get a 10% charge of the total of your suit order (Minimum charge of $50) to postpone your order to a later date. This include changing year postpone.
  • Can I change things on my order after all details are set?
    • You can upgraded to a higher level of design or add extra to your order but you can't choose to go with a lower pricing design.
  • Which quality or rhinestones do you use to make your suits?
    • Only Swarovski Crystals
